Who We Are

Celeste Jackson, PhD, LCPC

Founder & Executive Director

One of the most amazing things about the therapeutic experience is that you already have all you need to initiate your journey of healing right now. I believe that therapy is a dynamic experience in which the therapist is led by the client on their discovery of betterment ( progress, not perfection). What does healing look life, for YOU? What does happiness look like for YOU? These are the questions we explore together to determine which direction you'll sail your ship.

I provide an integrative approach to therapy by prioritizing what my client needs over what society or any other system determines they may need. As a restorative practitioner, our relationship is of extreme importance, I value you and your needs, your process and your journey and you matter to me. In addition o restorative practices I utilize psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT)  Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Person Centered Approaches with the understanding therapy intervention is an individualized experience that should be catered and crafted for each client
